Going to Washington D.C. after next week.

I am being sent to our nation's capitol on business on March 21- 23, which is conveniently enough exactly when I am supposed to be taking my accounting mid-term. Unfortunately for me, I have not yet figured out how to:
1) defy the laws of physics
2) clone myself

I'm hoping my gracious professor will allow me to take my exam two days early (waiting to hear back on that one). The way exams work for distance education students is that I have to schedule a time for the University of Texas to proctor my exam. Once they agree, Harvard will FedEx my exam overnight to UT. I take the test at the testing center at UT, and then they overnight it back.

I'd really like to get it done before I go on my trip so that I don't have to worry about it. I'm going to D.C. to hopefully streamline our process for catching fugitives. It takes way too long for the data to flow through to where it needs to go. The fun part is that we send notices to wanted fugitives telling them that we are shutting off their benefits because we know they are wanted fugitives...and those notices get there before anyone shows up to arrest them.

Hey Rick,

Seems I'm missing meeting you by just over a month. Let me know if you ever make it to Chicago. I hope you enjoy DC!
