I now live in Boston.

I can't believe I carried that much stuff that far. I lugged two suit cases (one was 57 pounds) and two backpacks all the way from the airport to the T (subway) to my dorm with no taxi cabs. I could quit school and apply to be a Sherpa. I just got in about an hour and a half ago. I'm the last to arrive, so I got kind of screwed on the dorm room. There are three guys, and two rooms plus a common area. One room had bunk beds and only one desk and dresser. So...I took the top bunk off and put it in the common area, and maintenance will be sending up a desk, chair, and dresser tomorrow. I'm shouldn't be complaining though, because at least our little section has its own shower rather than a big hall wide I'm quite pleased.

The chess scene in the Square is more intimidating than I remembered it. I wussed out and decided I had better brush up a little first before I attempt my first game. Or maybe it was just that old Russian guy playing 5 minute quick game that kept yelling "No sexy time!" every time he took an opposing piece that scared me off.

That's it for now, I have a ton to do right now (like unpack). Later tonight in the Science building they are doing a screening of "Good Will Hunting" followed by "Legally Blonde." Heh.

Love you!
