I could do jail if I had a laptop.

I'm sitting here locked in this small dorm room writing my case study, unable to go anywhere until it's finished, and it occurred to me that this is probably very close to what jail feels like. I've heard that jail is basically just 20 hours per day of pure boredom. There's even bars on my window, and I can see happy people walking down the street basking in their freedom. I think if I could take my MacBook Pro with me, I could do jail. It would certainly be the cheaper option. I wonder if Harvard has a policy against students taking their distance ed. courses from prison. I wonder if I should just study in the library instead.
