Snacks on a plane

The food on Ethiopian Air is actually quite good...easily surpassing United's chicken dinner and the $20 plate of spaghetti I had at Heathrow International Airport in London. We had chicken curry with rice and fish with bok choy. Up until then we had been sustaining ourselves on the multitude of energy bars Sarah had thought to pack in her carry-on, although I've had to endure numerous "snacks on a plane!" jokes to get at them. I was having trouble deciding whether it was worth ending the hunger.
