Kutna Hora

It's snowing today. We took a little day trip to a place called Kutna Hora, and boy does it really feel like we got off the time machine and into the middle of the Soviet Union.

Okay, so we've already seen the best church I've ever seen, and the most Baroque church I've ever seen, but today is without question the weirdest church I have ever seen.

It turns out that the 14th century plague and 15th century wars killed a lot of people. It also turns out that in this particular town, the local monks decided to build their next church out of them.

If you're ever looking for a fun day out with the fam, the Sedlec Bone Church in bustling downtown Kutna Hora, Czech Republic is filled with the bones of more than 40,000 people.

It contains things like this chandelier, built out of every bone that can be found in the human body.
It's time to get out of Dodge. Tomorrow is the big day when we head on over to a new country. Its Bratwurst and Strudel time in Vienna, Austria.
